The 6 apartment-building in Aurora, Miraflores, counts with a penthouse and 3 facade fronts. As one of them overlooks the beautiful Placencia Park, the idea is to take advantage of the good location, and propose a plant distribution outward-oriented with a two-typology mixture; Europe and Lima.

The expression of the property has a brutalist character despite the different components. The horizontal elements are equipped with polished terrazzo and the vertical ones are fair-faced concrete.

This exoskeleton is a thick and dense interface between each apartment and public space.
